Course contents :  
"Legal aspects" part. The course first of all gives a general overview of an infringement up to the point where the author of the infringement is sentenced for it (general penal law and penal procedure). The course then deals with a detailed examination of penal infringements in relation to sexuality: (in)voluntary assault and battery, sexual mutilation, abortion, rape, sexual abuse.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
"Legal aspects" part. Enable the student to have an introduction to the penal consequences relating to the field of sexuality.
