Learning outcomes of the course :  
The course aims at providing information and also analysis. With that in mind it does not merely provide essential information concerning the administrative status of foreigners but also looks to examine in general the ways the law treats contemporary migrations.

Ex cathedra Analysis in common of decisions of jurisprudence
No practical work
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
The course is given in the classical manner (ex cathedra) followed by a collective examination of judicial decisions opened up for discussion.
Oral personal work
An oral work is asked to the students, consisting of a display by group of 2 or 3 students, duraing the sessions, in front of the other students.
Recommended or required readings :  
Documents ( table, bibliography, PPT ) will be handed to the students in sessions. Readings are advised, but not compulsory.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
There is an evaluation continue in the course of the year from the presented works and the final evaluation under the shape of an oral examination.
