Course contents :  
The course presents a short history of the discovery of the DNA and the stages of the methodological revolution that followed.
It describes the molecular mechanisms of the replication, transcription and translation processes.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The students will get an overview of the progress made after the discovery of DNA helix by Crick and Watson.They will be able to describe the mechanisms of replication, transcription and translation.

5 courses and practical training to learn learning how to manipulate in a research laboratory
