| The theme of the teaching will vary each year. This year the question chosen for talks and discussions is the misunderstanding. |

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :

| This course is a seminar. Each student will have to give a talk of about one hour around the theme discussed (this year : misunderstanding). The talk will then be followed by a discussion. The attendance is required. The talk will be constructed from relevant readings, with possibly some ethnographic data collected during one of the fieldwork that students realise along their studies. The talks will be around one hour long. |

| The assessment will take into account the quality of the oral presentation and the engagement into the discussions. The assessemnt criteria of the oral presentation are the following : structure, bibliography, reasoning, questionning, understanding of the readings, presentation). |
