| This course aims to make the students familiar with the concepts of risk, whistle-blower, precautionary principle and governmentality. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The aim of this course is to give to the students the opportunity to discuss concepts such as "risk society" and "modernity". |

Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :

| Documents will be available in September (CESPAP). |

Assessment methods and criteria :
|
| A case study will be presented by the students (in small groups). The work will be based on key-texts on risk and politics (15 pages, Times New Roman) and will count for 30%. The oral presentation will count for 30% of the final grade. Eventually, an oral examen will take place (40% of the final grade). |
