Course contents :

| The course is divided into two large parts. The first part deals with external evaluation, i.e. a constructed process, which is limited in time and leads to an evaluation report. The objectives of this approach, its limitations, the various stakeholders, the methods used and conditions for success .
The second part deals with the different methodologies (qualitative / quantitative) which can be mobilised.
Finally it also analyse the impact of the institutionalisatin of evaluation on the internal organisation of public bureaucracies. . |

| A course of "public policy analysis" is a prerequisite. |

Guest speakers from various fields will shed light on the subject from their own experiences. |
