This lecture is foreseen for students of the Master in Space Science but also in Aerospace Engineering
This training is a practical application of SPAT0016-1, in the frame of a specific space project. The student will evolve with a scientific team in charge of a space mission or a space instrument. |

Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
| Detailed analysis of a mission or a specific problem faced by a scientific team in charge of a mission preparation or exploitation.
The student will work on the problems faced by the investigators and will participate to some tasks in direct relation with the mission.
An oral presentation and a final report will be requested. |

Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :

| A one-month training will be organized in an institute developing a space project. This training will takeplace in Belgium or in other countries.
It is recommended to register the soonest in order to select a subject with the professor and to take contacts with the hosting institute. |

Assessment methods and criteria :
 |
| An oral presentation will be organized.
The training will be concluded by a written detailed report.
The final quotation will take into account the presentation, the report and the evaluation of the hosting team. |
