This course aim at offering the students a support in their research works and in their training course and writing of the work experience. (valid for this academic year)
Learning outcomes of the course :  
This course is organized in different seminaries. The classes concerning the thesis will familiarize students with the formal guideline for writing up a thesis in the Master of Sciences of population and development. These seminaries will help students to formulate their research's topic and questions, their working hypothesis, to make methodological choices, to find a field for research work. Several times, students should set out the state of progress of their research and could exchange with researchers in their field. The classes for work experience support aim to help students to find a place for internship, to give them advice to succeed in this experience but also to write their report. A final seminary will be organized in order to allow students to talk about their experiences, their difficulties,..
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Seminaries, students'talks.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
Evaluation based on pratical work, writing and presentation of notes about the state of progress of student's research, lesson attendance and participation.
