| This course is dedicated to physical activity and is focused on underlining its roles as well as that of physical educators in the promotion of an active lifestyle. Several chapters are proposed:
- Effects of physical activity.
- Recommendations for physical activity.
- Measure of physical activity.
- Physical activity in the society.
- Promotion of physical activity. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| Physical activity is one of the elements related to a healthy lifestyle. It is thus important that Public health sciences graduates perceive the fundamental role that they should play against the sedentarity. |
