Learning outcomes of the course :  
The objective of this course is to teach the methodology which is internationally adopted for the conception and evaluation of development projects.
After completing the course the student is expected to
Use the tools of conception and evaluation of projects
Apply the principles of PCM
Define indicators of follow-up of project
Criticize specific studies
