Learning outcomes of the course :
|
| The course of physical exercise physiology proposes to provide the basis for understanding the human active (physical activity and sport, recreational activity or professional), they assume prior knowledge of general human physiology. In terms of physical activity, maintaining health is to respect the physiology. So knowing all the mechanisms of regulation and adaptation of the major functions of the human body but also their limitations. Describe the basics of sports physiology implies some inroads in the field of pathology. |

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :

| The theoretical course comprises 10-12 sessions of 1h.30.
A pdf version of the slides proposed during lectures is posted on the website MyUlg.
When a practical course is proposed, students must attend to the sessions. Their presence is controlled at the beginning of each lessons. |
