Introduction to propositional calculus
Introduction to traditional logic of terms (syllogisms)
Introduction to predicate calculus
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Ability to use logical calculus in order to estimate the correction of reasonings.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Secondary education. Good command of french language.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
The course will take place during the first term (September-December) on mondays from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Place : Room Philosophie II. http://cipl82.philo.ulg.ac.be/horaires

Written exam in January and September. The exam may also be taken in June by first year students.

No student will be allowed to take the exam on another day than the other students.
