Course contents :  
This course describes the pharmacologie of the various therapeutic classes of drugs (pathophysiology of the disease, drug classification, mechanisms of action, unwanted effects and interactions).
Learning outcomes of the course :  
At the end of this course, the students are supposed
To know the main targets of drugs that are used in therapeutics,
To understand why it is interesting to act on such targets
To be able to give a few examples of drugs that are used clinically.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Notions of general pharmacology, physiology and pathophysiology.

A copy of all the slides displayed during the lectures is available. Reference books are indicated.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
Oral exam consisting of two general questions, that the student can prepare during twenty minutes, as well as three short questions.
