| This course describes the pharmacologie of the various therapeutic classes of drugs (pathophysiology of the disease, drug classification, mechanisms of action, unwanted effects and interactions). |

| At the end of this course, the students are supposed
To know the main targets of drugs that are used in therapeutics,
To understand why it is interesting to act on such targets
To be able to give a few examples of drugs that are used clinically. |
