Course contents :
 |
| This course, divided into two parts, prepares students to be teacher trainers (initial training) by closely coupling together construction of a professional identity and the development of abilities with regard to professional didactics.
The contents of the first part are devoted to the reflexive apprenticeship (in pairs)
- legal framework and practical teaching profession context;
- concepts and referencies linked to the identity construction and development of appropriate skills. |

| The Teacher training YSTG0301-2 - called 'reflexive companion' is a co-requisite. |

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :
 |
| - Discussions about concepts and theoritical debates.
- Settings in situation preparing for the accompaniments: Use of the video tool in building (techniques, spirit and precautions); construction of observation tools; theoritical retrievals; management of a regulation discussion.
- Discussed autoscopy (that meens to observe oneself) of their own animation of a lesson gived to futur teachers in a High Teaching School.
- Personalised discussion based on data that come from the training course and the accompaniment analyse. |

The course and didactical exercises are closely linked to the first training course (the reflexive companion):
- Anticipation and preparation of the tasks to carry out on the ground (practical work).
- Conceptualization and theorizing (theoretical courses). |

| - The course note is divided into several parts : Quality of the file: data gathered during the training course, quality of the analyses in the training report and quality of the exploitation of the theoretical framework of the course in the analyses.
- The criterions of each part are specified in a document distributed at the first course. |
