Course contents :  
Pharmaceutical industries operate in a wide variety of fields involving the different laboratories of the Pharmacy Department (Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy).
Learning outcomes of the course :  
To put students in contact with the economic world and the requirements for Good Laboratory Practices in industrial environments.

Subjects which were covered in earlier terms.

Term 9
From mid-September to mid-December
Assessment methods and criteria :  
Detailed report on the placement period to be presented orally (see PHAR2005-1) - Evaluation from placement tutor.
Contacts :  
Students must contact the different heads of the Department laboratories (depending on the theme chosen). The Department Head must then get in touch with the placement supervisor and accept the programme which they offer the student.
