| Drugs can be toxic. The situations in which use of drugs leads to undesirable impacts will be taught. |

Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
| To be able to :
- identify which drug justified a monitoring of their plasmatic concentrations ;
- identify the interactions between drugs and its severity ;
- to watch over or to prevent undesirable impacts ;
- know the consequences of the principal special physiologic states ;
- know the impact of feeding and smoking on drug biodisponibility ;
- identify the common substances leading to drug addiction, in hospital complexes ;
- know the withdrawal procedures for newborn baby from a drug-addicted mother ;
- know the principal undesirable effects of cytostatic drugs and to watch over the occurrence of the toxicities.
