| CERL level of the course: A2 Study of basic grammar and vocabulary, based on the 4 skills: reading and listening comprehension, writing and speaking exercises, through authentic situations and documents. |

| Students will focus on basic grammar and vocabulary and improve their 4 skills through various exercises and activities. |

| A basic knowledge of the oral and written language is recommended. |

| 1h / week.Homework and preparations are planned throughout the year. Students should attend classes and participate actively.

Assessment methods and criteria :

| Oral and written exam at the end of the year.
The written exam will be composed of grammar exercises, as well as listening, reading and writing exercises.
The oral exam will be about the different files seen during the year (content + vocabulary) + a text chosen among 10 possible texts (see syllabus Level 1) |
