Course contents :  
This course is an in-depth study of a specific era of the Belgian diplomatical history. This year: 1815-1865.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
To provide a better understanding of Belgium's position in foreign relations through a study in deep of chosen cases.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
To have previously followed the general course on Belgian history (HIST0029-1) will be an asset.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Lectures. Level: Master.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Face-to-face on Tuesdays 16-18 (Q2).

Oral examination.
Organizational remarks :  
ULg is a French-speaking University situated in a French-speaking area. The courses will thus be delivered in French, as well as the notes and the examinations. Foreign students are expected to master the language first.
