Course contents :  
The ethnical, institutional and geographical formation of Great-Britain with emphasis on institutions, public law and civil liberties characteristic of the "Anglo-Saxon way".

ULg is a French-speaking University situated in a French-speaking area. The courses will, of course, be delivered in French, as well as the text-books, written and oral examinations, papers and reports. Foreign students are expected to master the language first.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Familiarize the student with all aspects of British insularity.

Une interrogation dispensatoire facultative sera éventuellement organisée en février sur la 1re partie du cours, écrite (10 questions QCM et une question à rédiger). Examen oral en juin.
