The students make a presentation of a specific subject, as suicide of elderly people, women and ageing, couple and retirement... |

 | The course envisages the protection of old people under two juridical points of view : the perspective of the rights of personnality, and the one of patrimony rights.
In the first perspective, will be studied, among others, patient's rights, euthanasia, protection by different status of incapacity and the survivance of the right of personnality after the death of the person.
In the second perspective, will be studied the problem of alimony between the old people and their families, the regime of inheritance rights, and matrimonial property. |
