Language(s) of instruction :
| French language |
Course contents :
| Numbering systems, Boole algebra Logical variables and functions, function table, Karnaugh diagram Combinational functions : full adder, comparator, binary decoder, multiplexer, priority encoder. Sequential functions : bistables, flip flops, Latches, shift register, counters. For each item, applications related to the field of climatic and environmental parameter measure and regulation will be presented |
Learning outcomes of the course :
| To give the bases of conception of electronic circuits utilizable in the field of environmental and climatic measure and regulation. After completing the course the student is expected to - carry out elementary operations on binary and hexadecimal numbers - understand and use data sheets describing logical circuits - use logical gates to conceive electronic circuits realizing combinational logic functions applied to the field of climatic and environmental parameter measure and regulation. - coordinate a series of logical operations and to conceive electronic circuits realizing sequential logic functions applied to the field of climatic and environmental parameter measure and regulation. |
