Course contents :  
This course is organized in a series of seminars and practical field works. Are considered the various techniques of boring with practical applications on the field (in floodplains, peat bogs, lake deposits ...); geomorphological survey and critical analyzes of different geomorphological maps; electric survey (theory, field applications and analyze of results); field techniques of sedimentological analyses of pebbly deposits (rivers, scree ..); measure of rivers discharge (various types of stream gauging); fields constraints and necessities in the uses of the cosmogenic isotopes; use of the GPS in geomorphology (for example in the case of the landslides).
Learning outcomes of the course :  
To familiarize the students with the various field and laboratory techniques used in geomorphology

Good knowledge of the general geomorphology
