The course describes organellar genetics.
Learning outcomes of the course :  


The course is divided in theoretical and pratical parts, of equal importance. Genetics and molecular biology of organelles, chloroplasts and mitochondria are described.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  

Non denaturating gels : blue Native PAGE and separation of respiratory complexes from the unicellular green alga Chlamydomonas.

In the same time as the one week course of 2nd Master BBMC
