Linear programming, simplex methods, sensitivy analysis, duality Queueing therory basic features, arrival and service processes, M/M/c models Simulation basic principles, random generators, analysis of the results
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Acquire some familiarity with the mathematical modelling approach to decision making and with models and methods used in operation research ; Become able to reconstruct and to interpret output models ; Become able to identify situation where these models can be applied successfully.
