| Fundamental topics of logistics and SCM : supply chain network design, distribution strategies, production process design and facility layout, aggregate production planning and scheduling, inventory manangement and material requirement planning. |

| Acquire a basic knowledge about strategic tactical and operational problems of supply chain, understand the effects of supply chain management decisions on corporate performance and acquire a basic knowledge of quantitative methods and techniques of decision in supply chain management. |
