Part I: Advanced techniques in firm valuation (stocks and bonds as options, valuing a start up using real options, relative valuation, ...)
Part II: Corporate decisions and market value of the firm (advanced techniques in capital budgeting, wealth transfers and strategic financing decisions, agency costs of equity and debt, managerial incentives, ...)
Part III: Special corporate events (M&A, leveraged buyout and financial distress)

Theoretical tools of a corporate manager, application in real world situations (case studies) of the advanced techniques developed in the course
