Course contents :  
A basic lecture about residential utilisation of electricity.

Several teachers will be in charge of the lectures but the coordinator will be the sole examinator.

The content includes basic circuit theory, safety aspects, standards, rational use of energy, local residential production of electricity and power quality.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
To give an overview of electricity use in residential area for non specialist in order to be able to understand, realise pratical installations including safety aspects.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
basic lecture in physics, at university level. Also in mathematics.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
4h exercices in electric circuit theory

3h to understand reading electric schema

2h about grounding design

2 h about power quality measurement
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
The lecture is divided in 7 half day (4h) during the same semester.

One lecture may mix theory and exercice,measurement
