Course contents :  
Through the activities proposed by the course the student will learn in the context of the different approaches (analytical and holistic) assessment of muscle.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The course objective is to discover more fully the main methods that allow an assessment of muscle function and particularly inertial and isokinetic methods.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Students receive from the teacher. Croisier a series of papers on the isokinetic assessment they must study. Students receive from the teacher. Jidovtseff a series of papers on the inertial évaluatiçon they must study. Students must complete a review article on a method to assess muscle function.

Assessment methods and criteria :  
The rating for oral exam concerning évaluaiton isokinetic (Prof. Croisier) (1/3). The rating for oral exam on evaluation inertial (Prof. Jidovtseff) (1/3). The rating occupational ede synthesis realized by students (1/3).

Organizational remarks :  
Students are invited to attend sessions of isokinetic and inertial on athletes (2-3 isokinetic tests, 1-2 tests inertial, 1-2 Optojump assessments. Students receive during a week a Myotest (inertial assessment) and must learn to use it.
