Course contents :  
Knowing how to lead a quality physical dose intensity of training, organizing drives against each other within a week, consider the progression from week to week and plan a workout over a year are all ingredients essential to the success of quality training. During the "training bases" develops the basic concepts of training in fourteen lessons addressing the following topics:
the anaerobic alactic; the anaerobic lactic aerobics; weight training; plyometrics; velocity; flexibility; techniques of mood stabilizers; electrostimulation; the basics of planning recovery techniques.
The current practice, integrated module ... will illustrate concretely on the ground, the notions in theory.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
After the course, students should know:
-the different training methods of the physical view the courses (energy pathways, endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, plyometrics, etc.); -the basic principles of weight training; -the basic principles of electrostimulation; -the main techniques of mood stabilizers; -the basic principles of planning.
After the course, students should be able to:
-to make training simple for each grade for the course; -to organize the development of training within one week (microcycle) and several weeks (macrocycle); -to organize the evolution of the quantity (volume) and quality (intensity) of the work throughout the year through various training periods and for different models of sports.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
The basic course of training follows the course "determinants of athletic performance" and appears as a prerequisite for the course "Training high-level". A good knowledge of sport in general is necessary. The course "Human Biochemistry", of "Human Physiology" and "motor skills and basic sport" are seen as essential prerequisites.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Practical classes associated with this course are included in the module specific Motricity Sciences .

Recommended or required readings :  
Lecture notes will be available from the academic year and returned to the delegate class.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
The evaluation will be in the form of a written response to private and public. A question will be selected among the top 20 questions proposed by students. A question (20%) will be more reflective and will involve the completion of training. Some questions are sometimes written by guest teachers (Electrostimulation, mood). In this case, they also corrignet questions. Other questions are written and corrected by the owner.
