Course contents :  
The teaching and practice of the procedure development and the drafting of normative acts of legislative or regulatory nature.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
Mastery of the fundamental elements of normative acts (procedure, structural elements, using formulas legislative drafting)
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Knowledge of the the fundamental elements of constitutional law and administrative law in Belgium
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Oral lessons and practical exercises to prepare before the lesson-correction followed by a public discussion
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :

Assessment methods and criteria :  
Drafting a bill and a draft decree on the basis of a series of requests issued by the competent authorities involving the adaptation of existing acts

Criteria: choice of the vector, formal form, material form, inserting appropriate, obtaining objective
