| This course focuses on securities and debt enforcement under Belgian Law. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| The course aims to allow future practioners to advise creditors about the best way to secure their debt and make decision in a context of insolvency proceedings. |

Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :

| Obligations and Contracts Law, Property Law and Commercial Law (I) are absolute prerequisites. |

Planned learning activities and teaching methods :

| Practical exercices sessions will be organised. Active involvement of students is highly desirable. |
