Course contents :  
This course focuses on securities and debt enforcement under Belgian Law.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The course aims to allow future practioners to advise creditors about the best way to secure their debt and make decision in a context of insolvency proceedings.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Obligations and Contracts Law, Property Law and Commercial Law (I) are absolute prerequisites.
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Practical exercices sessions will be organised. Active involvement of students is highly desirable.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
The course is organised during the second term.
