The electrochemical process can be applied to the synthesis and study of some polymer materials. It also allows an interesting way of preparation of nanomaterials. This course includes:

- the synthesis of polymer coatings strongly adhering to metals

- the synthesis and electrochemcail study of conjugated polymers

- the construction of nanomaterials by electrochemical process
Learning outcomes of the course :
Course on conjugated polymer chemistry and on electrochemical synthesis of polymeric materials
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :
Basis of macromolecular chemistry
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :
2h/week during 5 weeks in the period between September to december
Recommended or required readings :
Copy of slides
Assessment methods and criteria :
Written exam.
