| This course presents the following matters:
- Charatcerization of particular systems.
- Mixing of divided solids.
- Use of divided solids in fixed bed and in fluidized bed.

| The course is based on ex-cathedra lectures (15 h) and practical courses (15 h) including exercises and laboratory sessions.
The ex-cathedra lectures are dedicated to the presentation of fundamental concepts necessary to the dthe characterization of particular systems and at the understanding of their use in different unit operations.
