Course contents :

| To acquire the basic concepts in biochemistry, the course will detail the structure and the role of three big types of biological compounds (carbohydrates, lipids, proteins). It will also analyze the cellular functioning and the genetic transmission, the notions necessary for the later understanding of the biotechnologies.
The course will be illustrated by concrete cases of industrial applications in particular in the sectors of the pharmaceutical chemistry, and the food chemistry |
