Course contents :  
The course outlines the mechanisms of genetic modifications (i.e. somatic and mutagenesis) in animal cells. Applications are put in practice.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The course aims at presenting the basic principles of genetic and epigenetic modifications in animal cells. After this course, the student should be able to understand these mechanisms and their technical applications.
