- DNA et RNA purification from mamalian cells
- Genomic and plasmid DNA restriction analysis
- DNA cloning in cloning and expressions vectors
- DNA amplification and sequencing
Learning outcomes of the course :  
An illustratation of selected topics of lectures in molecular biology (KT 202)
After completing the course the student is expected to
to manipulate, PCR amplify, sequence en clone a gene in differents expression systems.
