Course contents :

| The course presents a short history of the discovery of the DNA and the stages of the methodological revolution that followed. It describes the molecular mechanisms of the replication, transcription and translation processes. |

Learning outcomes of the course :

| Presentation of the essential molecular biology concepts with a focus on elements which allow an understanding of the functioning of the "tools" used by molecular biologists. |
