Course contents :  
The purpose of this course is to provide the theoretical basis required to understand the heat and mass exchange processes in the building with a focus on the applications.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
To provide the theoretical basis required to analyse the heat and mass exchange processes in the building

To present the different possible modelling approaches

To demonstrate techniques on selected examples
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Fundamentals of heat and mass transfers and thermodynamics
Planned learning activities and teaching methods :  
Each theoretical lecture is followed by a practical period to apply the theoretical developments and based upon real building projects.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
2nd semester : a half-day divided into 2h theory and 2h exercise.
