Learning outcomes of the course :
|
| The students have to know the themes and the related problems concerning documentation and conservation of the modern building heritage. They have to develop a skill in the identification of the main questions about materials introduced at the end of the XIX century in construction.
They must develop a methodological approach found on the examples shown in the lessons. This must give to the students a capacity to develop documentation and conservation works. |

Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :

| The students must have a good knowledge of the history and the theories of architecture, especially of the modern period (from 1850). In particular all the bachelor teachings of the "Architecture and society" domain and and the basic teachings of "Sciences and techniques". |
