Course contents :
From the Greek Antiquity to the Post-modern age, this course study the history of architectural and urban forms in Europe, with special focus on morphological and structural aspects (partim II).

This course goes also further into the modern era by the analyse of Loos, Le Corbusier, Wright, Mies and Kahn's individual houses. These analyses are conducted through composition schemes which are considered as much as operational devices as theoretical ones for students' architectural knowledge.
Learning outcomes of the course :
Development of a "corpus" of study and analysis to gather in the history, immediate or not, all information that is necessary to render the mechanisms of conceptualization and design of architecture. At the end of this course, the student will be able to integrate and adapt, so critical and coherent, all of the archtectural mechanisms that have developped over time and that, for the most part, are still usable today.
