Course contents :  
The course covers the specific technical aspects of large projects through their pre-sizing and graphic production of associated plans:
- Circulation (elevators, escalators, moving walkways)
-Fire (impact of regulation on design, from the draft)
- Special techniques (air-conditioning, heating, suspended ceilings, ducts, connections to networks, acoustics, lighting)
- Lots (devices used in building)
- Stability (features related to major projects)
The course focuses on the issues of multi-constraints of large buildings projects.

Understanding and control of multi-constraints of major building projects.

Building techniques
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
The course is made up of 15 theory hours ex cathedra and 15 hours of practical work to realise a building project building in group of students.
1st semester.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
An oral examination is organized in January and covers the whole theory. The course notes can be consulted at this moment.
Practical works are marked for 50 %, the oral examination is marked for 50 %.
The 2nd session exam consists in an oral exam on theory and practical works. If the mark achieved is 12/20 or more in practical works part there is no need to resit this part of exam at the 2nd session.
