Course contents :  
This course consists of attending and participating in conferences organised by the Social and Cultural Anthropological Laboratory (LASC).
Learning outcomes of the course :  
To become familiar with various anthropological fields, themes and areas based on research carried out by anthropologists. To become aware of discussions in anthropology and to develop the ability for critical analysis. To be able to apply knowledge in order to be able to participate in scientific debates.
Prerequisites and co-requisites/ Recommended optional programme components :  
Passive knowledge of English is an advantage.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :  
Students are requested to attend and participate in conferences organised by the LASC throughout the year.
Recommended or required readings :  
Reference articles will be communicated to students as the conferences are organised.
Assessment methods and criteria :  
As well as participation in the various conferences, the final grade will be established based on an oral exam on the conferences organised during the May/June session.
