Learning outcomes of the course :
 |
| Detailed study of the dairy and suckling cows management, of milk and beef productions included products quality in temperate countries.
After completing the course the student is expected to be able to analyse, understand, discuss critically and solve general or specific problems related to milk and beef production. The student will be able to establish a feeding scheme for dairy or suckling herds, for growing and fattening cattle. |
