| Course contents : | The students will participate in an interactive way to clinical presentations or workshops on targeted topics (diagnosis, vaccination schemes, antibiotherapy use, antiparasitic treatments) |

| Course objective : | To strengthen the knowledges about viral, bacterial and parasitic diseases through a practical approach (cases reports). This will allow the students to integrate the required knowledges in order to known the epidemiology, to diagnose, prevent and control viral, bacterial and parasitic diseases. |

| Prerequisites : | General Virology and Immunology, Pathology of viral diseases, Immunopathology and Vaccinology.
General Bacteriology, Pathology of bacterial diseases.
General Parasitology, Pathology of parasitic diseases.
Epidemiology applied to the veterinary medicine, Epidemiology and Risk analysis applied to animal diseases. |

| Organization : | The content will be taught over two semesters and will comprise ten half-days as follows :
- diagnostic of parasitic and bacterial diseases;
- workshops in epidemiology, vaccinology and virology;
- supervised work : each student will present a case report in one of the following fields : epidemiology, immunology, parasitology, virology, bacteriology;
- presentation of the work done during the week (two half-days). |
