Course contents :  The anatomy of the spine usefull to a future physiotherapist is exposed during three sessions using Powerpoint procedures
The partim "Biomechanics" applies to the vertebral column the mechanic principles to deduce the strains underwent by the structures in static and dynamic conditions.

Course objective :  To teach the student, in an integrated manner, Anatomy, Biomechanics, Traumatology and Rehabilitation concepts related to spinal column pathologies.

The clinical stages (100h, courses on theory and techniques of vertebral re-education) are compulsory and are given in the neuro-surgery department, the physical medicine department, the schools for back studies, and the department of chronic lumbago physical reconditioning.
