Course contents :  The course aims at giving an overview of some recent debates devoted to the analysis of consciousness. It will focus on the so-called "consciousness studies" and, more particularly, on the topic of phenomenal consciousness.
Prerequisites :  Bachelor in Philosophy.
Organization :  The course takes place during the first quadrimester, on Friday, 11-12 AM. room: Philosophie I.
Assessment :  Participants are expected to provide a personal work. The examination will be made on the basis of:
  • oral presentation of the work (40%)
  • written revised version of the work (60%)
Schedule will be determined with participants in the first lesson.
