| Course contents : | The part of the lecture given by Marilaure Grégoire consists in practical exercises allowing the student to get familiar with the theoretical concepts learnt during the lecture "Introduction à la modélisation" given in Master I. The student will have to implement a very simple model of a real system such as the Posidonia meadow in the Calvi Bay in Corsica. |

| Course objective : | The main aim of this course is to learn how to implement a mathematical models of marine biogeochemical processe. |
|
| Prerequisites : | Le cours d "Introduction à la modélisation" donné en Master I is a good background. |
|
| Workshops : | No practical work. The student has to implement and elaborate a model by himself. Sevral meeting are foreseen in order to allow the student to ask questions. |
|
| Organization : | 1.5 ECTS : travail |
|
| Written notes : | A power point presentation with a description of the work. |
|
| Assessment : | Travail côté. |
