Course contents :  This module has the goal to give to the student the basics of Anatomy and Movement Analysis, requested to learn in a second time the Modules LOCO0525 and LOCO0531 and the theory useful to adequate learning of Physiotherapy practices.

Part I : Anatomy

1. Osseous, osteoarticular and muscular anatomy of upper and lower limbs.

Three subjects are studied in these domains:

- osteology, which studies the in-depth study of bones, and, in particular the relation between form and function

- arthrology, or study of articulations, with a focus on the relation between form and function, as well as the structures of articulary stabilization

- myology, or the study of muscles, their form, their insertions, and their action.

Part II : Biomechanics

Analyses of movements and articulary constraints of the limbs including the muscular and articulary testing.

In coordination with the anatomy course, this course analyses the movements of articulations and focuses on range of motion and muscular testing. It analyses the walk. It studies the constraints undergone by the various articulations.

Part III : Physiotherapy

Locomotor rehabilitation
This course describes the techniques of articular mobilization useful for the practice of physiotherapy.

Reinforce the knowledge of anatomy of upper and lower limbs.

Part II : Biomechanics

To provoke a reflection on the mechanisms and safety of athletic movements.

Part III : Physiotherapy

to raise up a rationale on the effectiveness and safety of the mobilizations in professional practice.

Part I : Anatomy

1. Introduction to the human anatomy (BIOL0519-1), course scheduled in the second semester (Pr. Bonnet).

2. Basic notions of experimental Physics in kinesitherapy and physical education including the mathematical introduction to the applied sciences (PHYS0511-1) (1st year)

Part II : Biomechanics

Biomechanics (partim I: KINE0524) applied to the human movement (2nd year six-month period 1).
