| Course objective : | Familiarizing with the Devanágarí script. Using Sanskrit dictionaries and grammars. Understanding Sanskrit linguistic features. |

| Prerequisites : | Introduction to Sanskrit I. Introduction to Sanskrit II. |

| Workshops : | Preparing the readings. Supervised reading of a transcribed Sanskrit text : Rtusamhâra. |

| Organization : | 30 h spread out over the second semester. Timetable set with the students. Opening session in September announced on Section notice board. The attendance is obligatory. |
