| Course contents : | Introduction : Egyptian language, different writing systems, the hieroglyphic system - Study of the non-verbal elements - Syntax of the non verbal predicates - General overview of the verbal system |

| Course objective : | Study of the hieroglyphic writing system, of the non-verbal elements of speech, and of the non-verbal predicates. Linguistic introduction to the verbal predication. |

| Prerequisites : | A good knowledge of his/her native speech. |
